Our services include aesthetic and beauty treatments, which may require appointments, consultations, and payment.

Booking and Payments
 

When booking services, you agree to provide accurate information. Payments are required as per our pricing terms.

Liability

We are not responsible for any adverse reactions, damage, or dissatisfaction resulting from treatments.

Privacy

Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and trademarks, are the property of Scarlett's World and cannot be used without permission.

Booking Fees

All of our appointments are subject to a non-refundable booking fee. Please understand, you have up to 24 hours to move your appointment to a later/earlier date but should you need to cancel. Failure to do so, and all no shows, will result in the loss of booking fee and you will be liable to pay 100% of your appointment fee.

Age

We do not treat anyone under the age of 18 for any injectable treatments, we operate a strict challenge 21 policy, if you look under 21 you may be asked to prove ID ahead of treatment. We only accept Passport ID as proof of verification. Failure to provide ID will result in the loss of booking and your appointment will not go ahead 

Consultation

All appointments require a consultation before any treatment can take place, we ask you to complete a consultation form, medical history and personal information. All the information, will be kept in the strictest confidence and in line with DPA 1998 and in line with GDPR. 

Booking fee

All appointments require a booking fee, this is made payable before your appointment to secure your preferred time and date. The remaining balance, is due at the time of your appointment and can be made by Cash, Credit and Debit Cards.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
